West Valley Juniors Volleyball Club was started in 1996.  We are a registered non-profit corporation belonging to the United States Volleyball Association.

The club is comprised of competitive and developmental teams ranging in age groups from 12's through 18's.

West Valley Junior Volleyball Club was formed to assist girls that live on the west side of Phoenix, Arizona.

The goals of the club are:

1.  Create a positive learning environment.
2.  Offer the opportunity to play more volleyball.
3.  Eliminate the traveling time to play for other club teams.
4.  Keep the cost to a minimum to offer more opportunity for more players
5.  Give our players the opportunity to become more competitive
6.  Introduce competitive volleyball to junior high students

The club will emphasize school activities first.  We believe the students/players need to be well rounded through academic and extracurricular activities.

It is hoped that though different experiences, the player will become a total individual.

Practice will be approximately 4 to 5 hours per week.  Our club registers teams in the club division within the Arizona Region of USA Volleyball.  In addition, each team may have the option to enter in other tournaments throughout the season.
